My one to one box training session bring together the very best tailored fitness and boxing techniques to ensure that you get the most out of your session and leave feeling motivated and good about yourself!
After all, Boxing exercise is not only a great way to boost your fitness levels but it is also fantastic for your mental wellbeing too. As part of your session, we will focus on balance, flexibility, and musculoskeletal fitness, and all of my box fit programmes are tailored to your bespoke needs and adapted where necessary.
As we progress with your personal training, we will work on building upon your techniques, so that you can perfect your boxing skills, optimise your strength, speed and agility and meet your fitness goals. We will work at a pace that pushes you but does not take you out of your comfort zone.
